The secret to success is no secret. Just work hard and add more value to people’s lives than anyone else does!

It's easy to assume negative things about others, get insecure about relationships, and attribute it to yourself when suddenly you’re not getting the usual attention from others. But give them the benefit of the doubt! Do you really know what is going on in their life or what they are trying to manage/balance right now? It doesn't always mean they don't care for you anymore! Life can be hard to juggle at times. That's all.

If you really want to do something, you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find an excuse.

Today is a choice. Today I choose grace over impatience, laughter over worry, and beauty over negativity. I hope you will join me.

When you first encounter doubt, assume the best. Because without fact or certain knowledge it is simply a figment of your imagination that negatively controls your thoughts, limits your behavior, actions, and opportunities. Do you really know for SURE? If not, WHY are you wasting time assuming or doubting? Give yourself and others a chance.

Deep down you know exactly what you should, could, and want to do! Over-think it too much and you'll start to debate the initial motivating thought, manifest unfounded fears, and create excuses. Stop. What does your gut tell you to do? Instincts arise from your subconscious stored knowledge, wisdom, and your life experiences. They are a great asset. Don't battle them. Listen to them from the start.

The world's a playground. You know this when you're a kid, but somewhere along the way everyone forgets it.

Live fully, love deeply, and let go with no bitterness.

If there is no passion in your life, then have you really lived? Find your passion, whatever it is. Become it, and let it become you and great things happen FOR you, TO you and BECAUSE of you.

When you say ‘yes’ to others, make sure you are not saying ‘no’ to yourself.

Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go, be what you want to be. Because you only have one life and one chance to do it all.

At some point, you have to make a decision. Boundaries don’t keep other people out, they fence you in. Life is messy. That’s how we’re made. So, you can waste your life drawing lines. Or you can live your life crossing them.

You will never become in the future what you are not becoming today.

I've made mistakes in my life. I've let people take advantage of me, and I have accepted way less than I deserve. But, I've learned from my bad choices, and even though there are some things I can never recover and people who will never be sorry, I now know better for next time. Next time I won't settle for anything less than I deserve.

It's easy to love someone, but hard to let someone love you back. That's the challenge of love - fighting without knowing how to win.

Nice people may not always finish first, but that's okay because they haven't left as much hurt and destruction along the way. Karma catches up with everyone eventually.

If you're 18 and entering college, or 22 and graduating, and trying to figure out what you want to do with your life, think about this: when you're 65 and retiring, what will you regret having NOT done? Do that.
